Wonderful Stay. I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable environment to relax. The bed and pillows were so comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Additionally, parking was convenient and easy, which made it stress-free during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

The room was like a surprise for the price that I paid. It was clean, spacious & very comfortable. Bonus is the sunset views, just amazing. The housekeeping and laundry very helpful and efficient. There are many shops, supermarkets and cafes nearby. Daily breakfast was another good thing here at Cafe Rosita. Almost all the dishes served was tasty. Highly recommended. Those whom like hiking, can walk from the Hotel to Canada Hill for amazing sunset view.

The staff were really nice and the bed was comfortable. There was enough space to put your things, and it didn't feel cramped like in my other hotel accommodations. We shortened our stay by one day due to personal reasons, but our money was returned. We didn't expect that, that's really rare nowadays, big thanks to the nice gentleman dealing with our booking.

The big room size. The friendly counter staff who so helpful with my room request. The lighting arrangemt. The cleanliness. Though the hairdryer can be considered to be upgraded. Love the buffet and friendly staff and waitresses. Most of all the room rate is the best in town in my opinion. Wud love to come back again.

I like the comfy of the bed & pillow. It's really good to have an extra pillow, which I will always want every time I check-in. The restaurant is the best! The food is always good. Been here since 2015, and the food taste never fades!

It looks like a 3star hotel but the experience is a 4star. Room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Toilet is clean and bidet provided. Staffs were all friendly and they provide free shuttle to and from Imperial/ Bintang Megamall. Free and secure parking.

Its my 4th time staying at this hotel😁 i like how friendly the staff and the room is spacious for me and my family and they have delicious food also..looking forward to stay at this hotel again someday🇧🇳

Helpful staff. I was sure I would be checking out late and paid in advance. Plans changed and I did not use the late check out. Staff out of their own initiative made an effort to refund me
